Our Premium Resort Lots Rentals Are Brand New for the 2026 Season
Elevate your stay at North Fork Resort with our Premium Resort Lots designed for a refined outdoor experience. Each location features synthetic grass carpeting and 50 amp electric service along with direct sewer and fresh water connections for total convenience. Guests can relax on a spacious patio equipped with a stylish furniture package and high speed Wi-Fi. A private wood burning firepit provides the perfect setting for unwinding after a day of exploring the nearby village. These sites offer a seamless blend of modern comfort and natural beauty for a truly memorable coastal getaway.

Occupancy tax of 5.5% added to all prices except monthly rates.
