Executive Chef / Director of Food & Beverage
As Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage at North Fork Resort, Taylor brings a thoughtful, regionally driven approach to hospitality—one that reflects the character, seasonality, and community of the North Fork. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, she has built her career at the intersection of culinary and beverage leadership, with experience ranging from award-winning cocktail programs at Silver Lyan in Washington, D.C., to leading food and beverage concepts across the East End. Her unique ability to bridge kitchen and bar allows her to create cohesive, elevated experiences where every detail feels intentional and connected.
