This year, the resort became even more of a place to gather. Here's what we built in 2026, and what's already here for owners, their families and friends.
The Living Room
Our new outdoor gathering space: a stone fireplace, lounge seating under the umbrellas and fresh gardens, right next to the pool.
It's where guests and owners meet for a drink on summer afternoons, catch the game on the big screen and gather by the fire on fall evenings.
Friday Night Live Bands
Friday nights on the Miss May's patio: live music, a drink in hand and the whole weekend still ahead.
Miss May's Kitchen and Bar
Farm-fresh food from Executive Chef Taylor May and a glass of North Fork wine, on the patio or by the pool.
New Pool Furniture
New lounge chairs and umbrellas around the heated pool, made for long afternoons in the sun.

Looking ahead to the 2027 season, we're planning an exciting collection of additional amenities and improvements designed to make the North Fork Resort experience even better. Next to The Living Room, the open field is becoming a place to play, gather and stay a little longer, all connected by walking paths.

Current 2026 Resort Lot and Cottage pricing remains available through November 30, 2026. November 30 is the final day to request a Resort Lot purchase agreement or place a Cottage order at current pricing. New Resort Lot and Cottage pricing takes effect December 1, 2026.
