IMPORTANT POLICY INFORMATION FOR RV SITE RENTALS

All weekend reservations are two nights minimum.

 

Holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Columbus Day weekends are three-night minimums; Father's Day, Maritime, and Halloween weekends are two-night minimums. 

 

RV Sites are an additional $10/night for all holidays, including Father’s Day, Maritime, and Halloween weekends). Additional guest rates: $10/person (per 24-hour period).

This includes 6 people (a combination of adults and children).  There is only 1 sleeping unit for pop-up and tear-drop campers per site.

 

Friday and Saturday nights must be combined

• Check-in 2 pm - 9 pm, checkout at 1 pm.

• Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in pop-up and tear-drop campers

• Additional guest rates: $10/person (per 24-hour period).

• Upon arrival, please pull forward into the parking lot in front of the office to keep the gate area clear for traffic and check in with the office to receive your parking pass.  For motorhomes or other vehicles, such as towing trailers, please pull in front of the rec center or other area in the parking lot with level ground before offloading trailers to prevent accidental movement of offloaded vehicles.  All offloaded vehicles must have transmission placed in "park" with an emergency brake applied when a driver is not in the vehicle.

Our dedicated staff is here to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. They will escort you to your site and assist with parking after you've checked in at the office.  

 

Please be aware that North Fork Resort & RV Cottage is not liable for any damages to vehicles or campers during parking at your site, including ground obstructions or trees.  During the parking process, all drivers must follow the directions of our staff to ensure proper and safe placement of their camping vehicles on your site.
