Rentals include a king or queen bed, with additional options for two twin bunks, a pull-out couch, a full kitchen, 1 or 2 bathrooms, TV, WiFi, air conditioning/heat, a coffee maker, a microwave, a gas grill, a fire pit, and deck/porch.

Holiday Rates - Two-night minimum

Holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Columbus Day, are a 3-night minimum, and Maritime and Halloween weekends. (All Holidays: are + $25/night additional fee, including Maritime and Halloween weekends).
