IMPORTANT RENTAL COTTAGE POLICY INFORMATION

There is no cancelation fee with 14 days' advanced notice.

Reservations may also be changed for another date within the 2024 season at no charge (ending November 30th). You must contact our office at least seven days before the booked/arrival date, and rental units are available for the rescheduled date(s). Credits for rescheduled dates are only available during the 2024 season and may not be used after November 30th.

Any unused credits for the 2024 season are forfeited after November 30th. All cancelation requests received less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will result in no refunds being issued on payments received. No refunds are issued for early departures. Except in cases of documented family or medical emergencies, there are no exceptions to the cancelation terms.
